Birthday Parties

When can Birthday Parties be held?
Parties can be scheduled on Saturdays from 2:00-3:30 and 4:00-5:30. Other days and time may be requested depending on gym availability.
How much does a party cost?
Each party package is $135 for up to 10 children. There is a charge of $10 for each additional child. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your date and time, with the balance due on the party date based on the final count of participating guests.
What ages of children may participate?
We celebrate birthday parties for children age 2 and up. Parents are encouraged to stay with children under 3 years of age, but are not allowed on the equipment at any time during the party.
What you will receive for the cost of your party.
Your child and his/her friends will receive 60 minutes of structured gymnastic activities and 30 minutes of party time.
Who will host your party?
Seymour Gymnastics Center provides a qualified instructor for every 10 children at the party to safely lead the children through a variety of structured activities in the gym including use of gymnastics apparatus, foam pits, and trampolines!
How are refreshments handled?
30 minutes will be set aside for you to serve refreshments and open gifts. A refrigerator and freezer are available for your use.
When should you arrive?
If you would like to do any decorating for your party you may arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your party. We handle the clean-up, so you are free to leave after your party has concluded.
How do I reserve a party?
You must fill out a Birthday Party Waiver and Birthday Party Registration and bring it to Girls Inc. with your $50 deposit. Click on the links below to print out forms you will need to complete.
