Looking for a fun way to celebrate a birthday? Schedule a Gymnastics Birthday Party!
Gymnastic Birthday Parties can be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays for 1 1/2 hour or 2 hour parties. Call for availability of times and dates.
How much does a party cost? Each party package is $150 for a 1 1/2 hour party package or $175 for a 2 hour party package. Party packages allow up to a maximum of 20 participants (not including adults). A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your date and time, with the balance due on the party date. Deposits must be made at least 4 weeks prior to the event. If a deposit is not made, your party is subject to cancellation.
What ages of children may participate? We celebrate birthday parties for children age 2 and up. Parents should remain with children under 3 years of age. Anyone who enters the gymnastic area must sign a Waiver.
How are refreshments handled? Due to adverse reactions for eating prior to jumping, we ask that you plan for eating at the last half hour of the party time. For a 1 1/2 hour party, one hour of time is spent in the gym and the last half hour is spent in the dining room for gifts and cake/ice cream/food. For a 2 hour party, one and half hour of gym time and the last half hour is in the dining room (or you can ask for more time in the dining and less in the gym if that works better for you). A refrigerator and freezer are available for your use in the kitchen area. No food nor drink is allowed in either of the gyms.
When should you arrive?Staff will arrive 15 minutes before your party for you to decorate. Parties should leave promptly at the conclusion of your party time. Additional time will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour and only if available.
How do I reserve a party? Birthday Party Registration forms must be competed and a non-refundable $50 deposit paid in order to hold your date & time. The deposit must be paid 3 weeks prior to the event. Click on the links below to print out forms you will need to complete.
